Banana Nutella Bread !

Hello readers :D

This is gonna be a random post.

I've been really bored of the food I had at home, and tried exploring a little.

I've bought a jar of Nutella spread but I think its a little boring to eat with just bread.

So I've discovered a really awesome way for it !

This is specially for banana & chocolate lovers like me.

If you are one, I can guarantee you'll like this.

Does it look nice ? ;)

This is perfect for either breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Anytime, and just fills your tummy just nice. Trust me, it tastes super nice !

Although, the calories do kill me a little inside. * Fingers crossed.

Here's how to make this super awesome Banana Nutella Bread.

In just a few simple steps without any mess.

Ingredients ;

One banana, bread ( any type you desire ) but I prefer wholegrain bread as it is less fattening compared to white bread & Nutella of course !

Steps ;

Slice the banana into small pieces as shown.

Spread Nutella on a slice of bread.

Arrange the bananas onto the bread.

Usually, you would only need 9 pieces of the banana which you sliced.

So, you could just pop the extras into your mouth ;)

Spread another slice of bread with Nutella.

Put the 2nd slice of bread onto the 1st slice of the bread with bananas.

AND TAADAA ! There you are, ready to be served !

You can serve it with a cup of milk or coffee or anything, just to make it complete.

But I prefer it with milk. The taste blends in just nice !

Try it and give me some feedbacks okay ?

I actually had two of it cause it was just so irresistible, like seriously.

Okay so that's all for the food. I'm starting to get really hungry already now.

On Sunday, which is the 25/9, my mom got rid of my favourite Teddy bear D:

The Teddy which is by my side every night and never wasn't there for a day.

The Teddy which I hugged when I needed a hug.

The Teddy which listened to me when I'm at my lowest.

The Teddy which I danced around with when I'm happy.

The Teddy which I wiped my tears on when I'm having a breakdown.

And it was the biggest and most huggable Teddy I ever had.

My 13th birthday present from a friend but now it's gone already.

Out of nowhere my mom just told me she wanna give it away.

I said no but she insisted, and she gave it away.

All I'm left with are just memories and pictures of my favourite Teddy.

1050 days with you. You're now somewhere I don't even know where.

The only pictures I have of my Teddy. Sighs.

Bye bye Teddy. I'll miss you, & you'll miss me too right ? Be good okay ?

There's just something about a Teddy Bear that's impossible to explain. When you hold one in your arms, you get a feeling of love, comfort and security. It's almost supernatural.

Miss Universe Malaysia 2012

The Miss Universe Malaysia Organisation (MUMO) organizes the Miss Universe Malaysia Pageant each year. MUMO also supports and mentors the title holder each year to represent Malaysia at the Miss Universe pageant owned by The Trump Organisation and NBC Universal.

The current Miss Universe Malaysia is Deborah Priya Henry. She is 26 years old, stands at 178cm and was crowned by Miss Malaysia Universe 2010, Nadine Ann Thomas, on January, 27, 2011. She was touted as a heavy favourite from the beginning by the fans due to her great reputation as one of the finalist Top 16 during Miss World 2007 held in Sanya, China.

Deborah is currently undergoing immense training for the Miss Universe Pageant on the September, 12, 2011 in San Paulo, Brazil.

19 girls from all over Malaysia have been selected as finalists to compete for the title of Miss Universe Malaysia 2012. The winner will represent our country in the Miss Universe 2012 beauty pageant, as Deborah Henry did just earlier this week. It was also announced that the 19 finalists will be in a reality tv show called ' BeautyCamp: The Search for Miss Universe Malaysia 2012 ', making Malaysia the first country in Southeast Asia to use a reality television show as part of the selection process for its Miss Universe candidate. I am so furious right now. I was almost done with my previous post.

Then there was a problem with Safari and it end up closing everything.

And my post wasn't saved. I am so furious right nowww. I wanna kill myself -.-

Safari sucks. I'm going back to Google Chrome. I need to chill gahhhhh.

Okay so now I need to recall what I've written just now. It took me half an hour !

And now I need to reblog every single thing. Sighs. Damn it Safari.

So I went to Universal Studios, Singapore again yesterday with my schoolmates.

& also some of their friends.

I know my blog is so boring cuz I kept blogging about the same thing, right ?

My life is so pathetic and boring, and I'm sorry.
I've included some videos in this post, I guess some of you might want to watch.

We woke up around 6 plus in the morning.

I still remember how Brenda and Xuan woke me up in the morning.

They practically had to drag me down the bed cuz I didn't wanted to wake up.

Even after they tried waking me up almost more than 20 minutes I think.

So we met up at Kota Raya to take the Resort World bus.

Reached there around 7 am, and we took the bus.

The boys were late so they had to take the second bus.

Brenda, Xuan, Xue Ting, Clare, Jason and I went first.

Always hate the Customs part where we have to queue up to go.
Oh and did I mention that we got on a double decker bus ? :D
Xuan & I were at the front seat and we actually waved to every cameras !
There's cameras along the road of Singapore. We waved to all ! Haha !

We reached Sentosa around 9.30 am. It was super packed outside.

There was a lot of tourists on that day.

There was some problem with Andy's passport so they were late.

Then we decided to head to Vivo City.

Grabbed some food @ Subway while waiting for the rest to come.

Subway is so awesome ! My all time favourite.

The chocolate chip cookies are so yummy I could eat 100 of them everyday !

I wish there's Subway in Johor but there isn't. Which sucks real time. D:

We headed back to USS when they rest reached. It was almost 11 am already.

When we reached, the boys went in already.

So we had to wait for them to come out, as our tickets were with them.

After getting in, we went our separate ways.

Leaving me, Brenda, Xuan and Xue Ting together.

The first thing, we headed to Battlestar Galactica roller coaster ride.

It's the Human and Cylon ride, if you don't know.

We went on both the rides once. It wasn't packed and only queued for 5 minutes.

Then we headed to Revenge of the Mummy indoor ride.

Went for the Battlestar Galactica ride again.

We got on the Cylon 5 times and Human 4 times.

After the rides, around 3.30 pm we met up with the rest. Again, went for the rides.

Went to Jurassic Park after that, for the water ride.

Unfortunately, it was closed. Bad day, I guess. Next time !

So we headed to Waterworld to check the show times.

Went to Far Far Away for Shrek 4D show.

Planking is overexposed among the boys. They were planking everywhere.

Which is super funny and most of the planks was a fail. Haha !

After Shrek 4D, we wandered around till 5.30 pm before show starts.

Waterworld show is still the best. This time we sat at the soak zone.

Most of us got wet there. The show is still awesome although I've watched before.

The explosions and action never fail to surprise me. *Thumbs up

Went for the Lights Camera Action show after this.

This is also another awesome show, everything seems so real !

I was really fascinated by the show. This is a must watch !

After the show, it was already 6.40 pm. We rushed to the rides.

Wanted to go for all the rides once last time before it closes at 7 pm.

Only managed to go for the Cylon and Mummy indoor ride.

I think the rides weren't exciting enough for me. Just so-so.

I actually prefer watching shows there. But it really is fun to go with friends.

We went our separate was later on, as some of them wanted to stay there.

So Brenda, Xuan, Xue Ting and I went to Vivo City to get some stuffs.

Bought some clothes there and then started heading back to Malaysia.

Took the train, 2 interchanges before reaching Kranji.

From Kranji, we took the bus back to Customs.

By the time we reached JB Central, it was already 10 pm.

We were super exhausted and went home after that.

I'm sure I'll be going USS again some time. Maybe end of the year. :)

I read this post today and this really brings a lot of meaning.

Everyone in the apartment complex I lived in knew who Ugly was. Ugly was the resident tomcat.Ugly loved three things in this world: fighting, eating garbage, and shall we say, love. The combination of these things combined with a life spent outside had their effect on Ugly.To start with, he had only one eye, and where the other should have been was a gaping hole. He was also missing his ear on the same side, his left foot has appeared to have been badly broken at one time, and had healed at an unnatural angle, making him look like he was always turning the corner. His tail has long since been lost, leaving only the smallest stub, which he would constantly jerk and twitch. Ugly would have been a dark gray tabby striped-type, except for the sores covering his head, neck, even his shoulders with thick, yellowing scabs.Every time someone saw Ugly there was the same reaction. “That’s one UGLY cat!!”All the children were warned not to touch him, the adults threw rocks at him, hosed him down, squirted him when he tried to come in their homes, or shut his paws in the door when he would not leave.Ugly always had the same reaction. If you turned the hose on him, he would stand there, getting soaked until you gave up and quit. If you threw things at him, he would curl his lanky body around feet in forgiveness. Whenever he spied children, he would come running meowing frantically and bump his head against their hands, begging for their love. If you ever picked him up he would immediately begin suckling on your shirt, earrings, whatever he could find.One day Ugly shared his love with the neighbors huskies. They did not respond kindly, and Ugly was badly mauled. From my apartment I could hear his screams, and I tried to rush to his aid. By the time I got to where he was laying, it was apparent Ugly’s sad life was almost at an end.Ugly lay in a wet circle, his back legs and lower back twisted grossly out of shape, a gaping tear in the white strip of fur that ran down his front. As I picked him up and tried to carry him home I could hear him wheezing and gasping, and could feel him struggling. I must be hurting him terribly I thought.Then I felt a familiar tugging, sucking sensation on my ear - Ugly, in so much pain, suffering and obviously dying was trying to suckle my ear. I pulled him closer to me, and he bumped the palm of my hand with his head, then he turned his one golden eye towards me, and I could hear the distinct sound of purring. Even in the greatest pain, that ugly battled-scarred cat was asking only for a little affection, perhaps some compassion.At that moment I thought Ugly was the most beautiful, loving creature I had ever seen. Never once did he try to bite or scratch me, or even try to get away from me, or struggle in any way. Ugly just looked up at me completely trusting in me to relieve his pain.Ugly died in my arms before I could get inside, but I sat and held him for a long time afterwards, thinking about how one scarred, deformed little stray could so alter my opinion about what it means to have true pureness of spirit, to love so totally and truly. Ugly taught me more about giving and compassion than a thousand books, lectures, or talk show specials ever could, and for that I will always be thankful. He had been scarred on the outside, but I was scarred on the inside, and it was time for me to move on and learn to love truly and deeply. To give my total to those I cared for.

I hate leaving my blog dead like this but I've no idea what to blog bout.

And finally, I've come up with this thing.

Yes, I went to Universal Studio again, 2 days ago which is on the 29th.

Not with friends this time, but with family.

Supposed to blog bout this yesterday but having trouble with the pictures.

Spent hours to update this, so yeah.

And I think the pictures are quite boring too. Sorry for the bad pictures.

My stepmother, stepbrother and stepsister is back in town.

Went there with my stepmother's friends and children. Sorta family friend.

So, altogether, there's 15 of us, including me.

We set off around 12 from JB Central and took the bus to Kranji.

By the time we reached Kranji, it was almost 2 pm due to traffic jam.

From Kranji, we took the MRT for interchange at Jurong East.

From Jurong East, we took the MRT again to Outram Park for interchange.

Then finally, from Outram Park, we went to Habourfrount.

We actually decided to stay a night in Singapore cause it was quite late already.

Plus, it was raining. Not really heavy, just drizzling. Bad day, tho.

But we wasted no time and rushed all the way to Sentosa.

Then we took the Sentosa Express MRT from Vivo City to Universal Studio.

It took us around one and a half hour to reach there. So it was almost 3.30 pm.

I still am mad about the shop, ' Candylicious '. I drooled every time I'm there !

So much of chocolates to choose from ! But, quite pricey as well.

After getting the tickets, we split up and went our own ways.

I was with my stepbrother, Stanley - Fatty Wang & my stepsister, Elaine.

Of course, me and Elaine couldn't stop taking pictures all the time.

I bet my bro was annoyed and he kept complaining that he's tired and hungry.

Okay then, we dined in at the restaurant where they serve Italian food.

I forgot the name of the restaurant and I didn't get any pictures of it.

Ah, sorry. It was beside the huge stairs, if you want to know.

Not forgetting to mention that the pizzas are seriously delicious !

There's one super huge pizza and I really regret for not taking a picture of it.

I shared a Grilled Chicken burger with Elaine.

Fatty Wang had a slice of pizza, a beef lagsane and a Grilled Chicken burger.

Finally tickets ! And off we go.

After having lunch, we walked around again.

We went to the Revenge of The Mummy, The Lost World and Far Far Away.

Watched Shrek in 4D @ Far Far Away. It was really cool, the effects I mean.

Do watch it if you have a chance.

We didn't really get onto rides cause we need to put our belongings into lockers.

We're not allowed to bring anything onto most of the rides.

So we just walked and enjoyed the rides that doesn't need to queue for long.

Time is limited of course, I've been here twice and I'm not done exploring yet.

After Shrek 4D, we bumped into my stepmother and the rest.

It was almost 6 pm by then, so we decided to grab some food again.

So we went to some fast food shop. Okay, it was really quite pricey.

It costs us around SGD 150 for 15 people and it was just fast food.

Can you imagine that ? Of course, another burger for the day.

I'm so sick of burgers now and I don't wanna have anymore burgers.

After grabbing up food, we split up again.

The 3 of us went to Waterworld and decided to watch this show.

It was the last show of the day. And it's real life show. I think its my fav one.

The explosions and everything instantly made it super interesting.

This is a must watch ! Oh there's splash zone too, where you'll get wet.

By the time the show ended, it's already 7.30 pm. Night already !

We got the chance to take a picture with the casts. Lucky us.

We wanted to take pictures with Shrek and Kung Fu Panda earlier.

But the workers said we had to come back later for it. So we missed it.

And here we are, Waterworld !

There's a lot of people, and there were kids who volunteered to join.

Okay, and then. This guy spotted me. And told me to join them.

I was like " HECK NO ! I CAN'T DANCE ! ", although I can, maybe a little.

He made me join them and I was standing there looking so dumb. :(

But he's so hot. Hahahaha ! Omg I'm going mad. For real.

I think I really looked stupid there that time cause I kept walking away.

I was trembling and so scared, you know there's so many people !

I saw some girls there looking at me like " Ew, bitch ", not good. Hmm.

Okay, after looking stupid, they danced and it ended.

Once again, we got a chance to take pictures with them ! HEHE.

I'm not sure. They have awards for Best Actor, Actress and so on.

They even have it for Best Daughter, Best Boyfriend and a lot more !

Super cute. Wasted some time there then decided to leave after shopping.

We were supposed to meet up with my stepmother at 9 pm at the entrance.

It was already 8.40 pm by then so Elaine & I decided to leave for Candylicious.

The both of us practically went mad there. Girls and chocolates, you know.

So many cute stuffs ! I got myself a candy container, for my chocolates.

I didn't know what else to get, everything's so pricey. Not good. :/

This guy is funny. He kicked me when I squat down to pick my stuffs.

All of us meet up at Candylicious and hurried to leave. 10 pm already.

So we waited for bus outside Vivo City to get back. Waited for 30 minutes.

And stood in the bus for so long. All the kids were tired, everyone was tired.

It was a super long way to go. Took us almost an hour and half.

It was 12.00 am by the time we reached Singapore Customs.

Everyone's tired. Waiting for the bus.

Finally, we reached JB Central at 12.30 am.

For the first time, I've been that tired. Whole body aching and tired.

I bet all of us were in the same state. But it was worth I guess.

Daddy Wang fetched us home. Reached around 1 am and dozed off immediately.

I'm having my monthly examination tomorrow. So yeah.

Got to study, and I haven't even started. Stressed up. ;(

Imperfectly Perfect.

I have a family. It's not a perfect one. But it's imperfectly perfect.

I have stepmothers and step siblings but its alright for me.

When people ask bout my family, they'll apologize after listening.

But to me, it's nothing really. I guess I'm still considered lucky.

Cuz I still have my loved ones with me.

Of course, sometimes it's not that happy, but there's nothing I could do.

& sometimes I do hope that I have a perfect family portrait, but I don't.

I still tell myself, " Its okay. As long I know, they're still with me ".

No matter how broken or imperfect your family is, somehow it's still imperfectly perfect. Believe me, it is, in some way.

Now, let me introduce you my family.

Daddy Wang

Daddy Wang, my superhero. I love this man and no one could ever replace him.

Although things are harsh, but I know this man is my only dad.

& nothing's ever gonna change that fact.

My dad loves Fruit Ninja & he couldn't bragging bout how good he was today.

Haha. There's a video down there. I laughed so hard.

My Momma

Mom, the best mother on Earth. I know I'm very mean to her at times.

But hey, I do feel bad okay. She's a strong woman and I really look upon her.

The strongest woman I've ever seen, the one that sacrificed so much.

I love my mom, but I never tell her this after lower primary.

I think it's a little mushy ? Haha ! No I won't say that but I do love her.

Oh, I don't have pictures take with mom. :(

My Stepmother

No, if you ask me, I'd say no, I don't hate her.

In fact, she's a very nice woman. I like her tho, it's not a lie.

She treats me and sis and bro like we are her own children.

Oh, she's a wonderful woman. And a strong one too.

I'm glad I have her as my stepmother, rather than those you see in movies.

My sistah ! She's the queen. Yes she is. The bossy one. Haha !

Okay, people might say that I hate her but no no. I don't hate my sister okay.

I do get excited anytime when she's coming back to hometown.

I'll be telling my classmates and get real excited.

OMG. I guess my sis would totally freak out when she reads this. So mushy. HAHA.

Yeah, okay I do love her. Of course I do, she's my sis.

& yes, I don't show it too, I never show it. Not that I don't want to.

Just that I don't know how to. Same goes to my mom. I don't know how.

But sometimes my sis can get so annoying that you feel like biting her head off.

I mean, seriously. But still, I think its kinda cool that I have a sis like her.

I mean, she's pretty isn't she ? Haha. But she's UGLY when she's young !

Today, the 19th of July 2011. The date I made a mark on my calendar.

Today is the day of a girl named Brenda Jane Clark's birthday.

Remember how the very first time we knew each other ?

I remember it clearly. It was during year 2009 when were were 14.

I was new at SMK SETA, you & Xuan came and talked to me.

Yeah I remember too how we gradually became friends.

There, our friendship grew deeper and harder, including Xuan, of course.

We spend each and every second we have together, just simply babbling away.

I wouldn't call it wasting time, but those are really precious moment of ours.

Soon, a year passed. We were separated into different class.

I couldn't deny that I was really unhappy, yes I was, but I never showed.

I couldn't deny how jealous I was when you & Xuan were still together.

I couldn't deny too, that our friendship gradually drifted away little by little.

But I couldn't deny, you were still my closest friend since we met.

Sometimes you just get on my nerve, but those doesn't stay for long.

We may not have gone through a lot together, but we will be.

I just miss spending time with you, you know ?

I miss planning the trips for holidays with you. I really do.

Sometimes I just thought maybe I am not that important to you.

But who cares ? As long as I know you are important to me.

Sometimes you just act so differently that I thought you've changed.

Or maybe it is me, who's thinking too much ? I've no idea.

But those doesn't matter. You're still my friend and still is my friend.

I really appreciate those times when you spend time being my listener.

Procrastination.

Are you a procrastinator ? Do you often procrastinate ?

According to dictionary.com, procrastinate basically means :

1. To defer action / delay

2. To put off till another day or time / delay / defer

A lot of us often apply the word " later " or " tomorrow " in our lives.

Using that word, we are already procrastinating.

Procrastination comes by making it a habit, then it will be a disease.

We are not born with it. But we all do it, right ?

Maybe most of us use the reasons that procrastination helps reduces stress.

But no, its just an excuse. An excuse to make yourself not to feel guilty.

In reality, procrastination can kill you. It really can.

It can hold you back, it can lead toward a slow steady decline instead of constant and consistent growth you know you’re capable of but do nothing about.

You can overcome procrastination, but the question is how ?

First is, you have to build a really strong and steady foundation.

Then, you have to start building bricks underneath that foundation.

Brick by brick, day by day. It doesn't matter how many bricks you put up each day.

As long as you are putting it up. You need to force yourself to do it every day.

You've got to make a steady commitment to yourself to each and every brick.

Let's say you have decided to make 10 new friends this week.

But you've only made 5 new friends one day before the due date.

No worries ! You still have 24 hours to do it. Nothing is impossible right ?

Whether it is on making new friends, learning new things, handing up assignments, losing weight, completing the to-do list or anything else, you have to commit in doing it, not procrastinate on doing it.

If you’re a constant procrastinator, you need to start setting goals for yourself every day.

Attainable goals. Small goals and small wins will enable you to embrace each win every day, and not the failures.

You've got to be reasonable in your goals, too. It’s brick by brick.

You can't lose 100 pounds overnight, nor can you go out and make100 new friends overnight.

What you can do is work out for an hour a day so you lose 1/8 of a pound that day or figure out how to be a better person or have a better communication to gain more new friends.

Try waking up 20 minutes earlier. Or maybe 10 minutes.

You will realize how much things you can do in that 10 minutes.

Many people don't realize that but that's the fact. Try it.

Have you ever realized that when 1 second passed, you can never have it back ?

Stop procrastinating and make a difference in your life.

Remember, time and tide waits for no man.

Why tomorrow when you have today ?

Impressing people :

When we try to impress people - by proving that we are clever or rich or cool - people can see through us. And then we look silly.

We usually impress people that we AREN'T TRYING to. That's why babies and animals and old people are so appealing. They don't care what you think. They are perfectly natural.

Chasing people :

When we chase girlfriends, boyfriends - even dogs - they run away ! Why ? Because we are chasing them !

When we try to trap people in relationships, they can't wait to escape !

When we LET GO of people, they often come back !

Helping people :

When we try to help others - children, friends, employees - by helping them solve their problems, they become dependent on us - and even lazy ! The more we help, the less they do.

Mostly, we help people by NOT HELPING too much.

Getting people's attention :

When we are desperate to be heard, we shout at people. And the louder we shout, the less they hear. Strangely, the opposite works. People pay attention to us when we listen.

There's such thing as trying trying too hard.

Let go, sometimes.

In life we have either EXCUSES or we have RESULTS. It seems that some people are here just to teach us that.

How often do we say, " I'm too old, too tired, too lazy, too busy, it's too hard ! "

Take any goal you want to achieve ... a university degree, an apartment of your own, a happy marriage, a flat stomach ... and you'll find hundred reasons why it is inconvenient or impossible. But all you need is ONE good reason why you want something ! Then you go and get it !

When you want something enough, find a way. Nothing worthwhile comes without struggle. There's always a story behind the story.

Success is not about " the facts " . Its about your attitude.

Get Serious !

You will notice something about weak people.

They use weak language !

They use a certain word a lot like " TRY... "

" I'll try to lose weight. " , " I'll try to get out of debt. "

The minute someone says, " I'LL TRY ", you know that they are only half serious.

When friends say " I'll TRY to be there ", you know they won't show up !

Our words tell people how determined we are.

Parents who tell their children, " TRY to be quiet ! " , " TRY to behave ! " aren't serious.

So what do their kids do ? Whatever they want !

Instead of telling your children - or your staff - " You must TRY ',

say " You must DO IT ! "

Instead of telling yourself " I'LL TRY ", tell yourself " I WILL ! "

It is challenging - and it will get you much better results.

" I WILL finish this. " " I WILL be happy ! "

" I'LL TRY " says, " I'll do this thing if it isn't too hard ".

" I WILL " says, " I'll do this thing whatever it takes ".

This is not a detail.

Its the difference between casual and committed.

Often, it is the difference between success and failure.

If you want people to believe in you - and if you want to believe in yourself - you have to sound serious !

Your words shape your future.

Universal Studios, Singapore.

Like I promised that I'll update about my Singapore Universal Studio post.

So, here it is. Its gonna be quite a long post, so I hope its not gonna be boring.

I went there on Friday, which is the 3rd of June w Brenda, Xuan and their classmates.

So mom sent us to the custom and we took a bus all the way to Kranji.

After that we took MRT to Woodlands, then another bus all the way to Harbour Front.

We took one whole hour to reach there. So we reached about 12pm.

It then took another 30 minutes for us to reach Universal Studio. Long ride. Tiring.

We met up w their classmates & got our tickets to go in there.

All of us went our separate ways, so I was left w Brenda & we walked around.

We saw this amazing ride, then planned to go for it. It was super huge ! Double ride !

But then we need to put our stuffs in a locker, which costs us $11 for 1 hour + .

We lined up for this ride, called Human for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

It was quite fun actually, not bad but I wouldn't call it great.

Then we went for our second ride, called the Cylon. Took us only around 15 minutes.

Well, I would say that Cylon is a lot more better than Human. Go try it out one day !

Next, we went to this indoor ride, called Revenge Of The Mummy.

It was an indoor ride, not bad too. Me & Brenda went on the single rides.

We didn't need to line up but we need to take the rides separately. So yeah.

Because it was indoor & our stuffs was in the locker.

We then proceed to walk around and take some pictures before leaving.

We wanted to take a picture at the USS globe, so we looked around for people.

Then I saw these two lady, taking pictures there too. They were speaking cantonese.

I thought they were foreigners, probably not from Malaysia or Singapore.

So, I went up to them & asked if they could take a picture of me and Brenda.

I asked them if they were from Hong Kong and YAY ! I'm correct ! ;)

We even took a picture with them. Their cantonese was super perfect ! Jealous. Hmm.

The photographer suck for the photography skill. HK people :)

Okay. This is super awesome. Candy shop called Candylicious ! Super tempting ! :(

We planned to go to Vivo City for shopping cause we didn't want to waste more time.

So we stopped the rides and went to Vivo City by a railway train. It was FOC :)

Okay, Vivo City is simply heaven to me ! I can shop till I drop there seriously.

But we didn't really shop that much cause we were running out of time.

Spent around $80 there which is around RM192 here. Yes, I'm now officially broke.

Oh & did I mention bout the entrance ticket for USS ? It was $72. Hmm.

After shopping in Vivo City, we left around 4.30 pm cause it's really far to get back.

Took the MRT from Harbour Front to Outram Park for interchange.

From Outram Park to Jurong East after 7 stops for interchange again.

Then from Jurong East to Kranji after 4 stops. Finally we reached.

It was super packed when we took the MRT. Crowded like mad.

No place to sit at all for all the 11 stops. Seriously ? People were rushing like mad.

Our legs & feet were so pain that day. Really. Been standing & walking the enitre day.

Look at the people. Grr.

I saw this bench outside the MRT stop, I feel like bringing it in and have a seat. HAHA !

After getting off the MRT, we need take a bus back to custom.

There were only bus 160 & 170 going there, and it was super packed.

There's this 170 bus that was completely full, like you cannot even breath in there.

There's still people trying to get onto it. LOL ! Brenda & I was like " Hell.. No way. "

It looks so full that its gonna collapse and burst ! We wasted 45 minutes waiting.

There's still no bus. Dang ! So we decided to take a cab back to the custom.

Then we stopped one cab w this Indian man, but he got onto it first.

He offered us if we wanted to go on the ride, since we're heading to the same place.

Of course we did, and we decided to share the fare. But he refused to receive it.

Bren & I feel so bad and we insisted on returning the money but he kept refusing.

And previously there's this taxi driver which was so kind hearted.

We didn't have small change & he didn't have it too. Our fare was RM8.

But he charged us for RM5. Of course, we feel bad & told him to keep the change.

He kept refusing again. But we insisted and told him to keep it. Hehehe.

Oh and it was raining that day & he told us to take his umbrella but we said its okay.

It was really full I swear. It looked like there's no air inside.

Traffic jam on the way back to Johor Bahru. :(

We reached back here around 7.30 pm which was very late cuz we left Vivo at 4.30 pm.

3 whole hours to get back. Super tiring day but still happy happy. Haha. :)

Went out w some friends after that. Aaron, Paul, Joshua and Ian.

So far the best day throughout the week. Or maybe the holidays. Haha.

Okay, so my blog's been super dead & my viewers have definitely dropped a lot.

My posts lately are gonna be about my personal life, hope its not gon be boring.

Sorry if you readers are not interested in these, I really don't have topics to blog.

So the holidays had officially started, and yes, its only the 4th day & I'm broke.

Seriously ? Oh my gosh. How am I gonna survive the following days till the 12th ?

I can't stop shopping from the first day I'm going out, like seriously.

Oh and I can't stop eating. Omgwtfbbq. I've gained one kilogram already. Dang !

Talking bout that, I'm so so super jealous of the girls w super nice body :(

I've been watching Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2010/2011 on youtube lately.

Super jealous. Oh and I swear I'll work out till I have super nice body. *Slaps myself

I really need to go on a diet. But I already am on one, but I still need another one.

Am I the only girl that is stressed about getting fat or the others are too ?

Hey readers, sorry for the dead blog. I've been real busy lately.

Exams are on, and yes, I've been spending time studying.

And I didn't really have any idea on what to blog about.

Since I've a friend that kept on bugging me to update bout myself, so here it is.

This post is about my stepmother, coming to JB all the way from KL.

Just to celebrate Mother's Day for my grandma.

And not forgetting our little Junior Wang too, which came along :)

He's such an adorable little thing, but yes, kind of annoying at times. HAHA.

I guess its because of the fact that I hate kids. Oh well.

I spent 3 days w them, Daddy Wang and Fatty Wang too, my stepbrother.

Seriously, its not good. I gained like 1 kg after spending 3 days w them.

Everyday, we had a feast. All the nice food in town. Not forgetting gma's. Yumms.

Oh and the iPad that distracts everyone. Daddy Wang, Fatty Wang and I were all trying to get hold on it. We were apparently snatching from each other. HAHA !

Then one day, Fatty Wang decided to get himself a broadband, so we headed to Jusco.

When we're about to head home, Daddy Wang went into CK - Calvin Klein.

He saw a jeans that he liked and tried it on and finally... bought it.

It costs a bomb ! And I was standing there like... " Ohmygod ". *Emo..

Then they applied for a member card, and guess what ? FREE MINI CAMERA !

Of course, it's mine. HEH ! Had a fight w Fatty Wang over that camera. Lol !

Guess that's my lucky day ;)

Didn't really celebrated Mother's Day actually cuz gma went to Singapore.

& I didn't did anything special for mom too. So, yeah.

Hey you. Yes, you the one reading this. Do you know how lucky you are ?

You could be one of those lucky people on Earth.

Want to know why ? Because you get to read this, right here, right now.

Do you even know how many people out there in this world is dying ?

Do you know how many people are killed by the disasters ?

Tsunami, Earthquakes, floods, landslides, cyclones, typhoons, storms and so on.

Do you know how many people are dying out there ?

Do you know that over 150,000 people die every day and 1.8 people die every second ?

Some die of cancers, hunger, lack of shelter, diseases, disasters, AIDS, accidents, poisonings, homicides and even medical or hospital error.

Have you ever felt thankful for having the chance to be here ?

I bet most of us don't, and yet, we continuously complain about things.

Think about the kids in India, Africa and Haiti, think about the Tsunami that recently happened in Japan, think about the war that is happening in Libya and North African.

Are we one of those victims that are suffering ? No, we are not.

In fact, most of us have everything a normal human being should have.

Some, even have more than that. Happy lives, happy families.

But never felt satisfied, and ask for more. Some people don't even have water to drink !

I know, we can't help much but I guess all we can do is pray for those people.

Or maybe help saving whatever we can, such as electricity, water, trees and so on.

At least, by doing so, we can help some of the people in the world, although it seems like we've did nothing. But we never know.

It doesn't harm by doing donations and charities. We all share our planet.

So let's play a part to help keeping our planet Earth.

My blog is getting well, pretty dead, I know.

Here's a little update for personal stuffs, I guess. Hm.

Mid term examination is getting really close already & yes, it's time for books.

As usual, I just can't keep my hands off my cellphone & laptop.

Things are getting tough, not the same as last year anymore.

Anyway, let's skip this stressful part of studies. Just kills my mood. Haha !

Vivo City, Singapore

Vivo City isn't really an attraction. It is a shopping centre, Singapore's biggest one in fact. Vivo City opened in 2006 by Mapletree Property. One common flaw among big shopping centres are its maps directories. Vivo City is no exception. It is bigger than an airport, and simply trying to find one outlet would take around ten to fifteen minutes if on that very floor.

The Tattooed Child.

It is impossible to tell what a casual observer in the waiting room at the clinic in the children's hospital might expect to see. The reason for this is that no one ever comes here just casually to observe. Here, people bring gravely ill children for treatment. But, as I found out, what I observe and what others, my small daughter included, see here are not necessarily the same things.

I had brought my six-year-old daughter, Elli, to the hospital to have a specialist check out a birthmark. It wasn't in a noticeable place, wasn't life-threatening, but the pediatrician just felt that it should be watched. So, once a year, I brought Elli here. The birthmark was one of those small imperfections that cause mothers such as I to walk out of places like the children's hospital grateful - very grateful.

On this particular visit, the doctor was running far behind schedule. Elli and I settled down with a book to wait our turn. Elli also took some markers and paper to draw on while I read to her. I looked around the room. I noticed that the walls were brightly painted - cheerful without being cloying. In some places, the pictures were of animals - true-to-life ones, not cartoons. They were all families, I saw, parents nurturing their young in various poses of play and rest. Other pictures were of sports figures, silhouettes caught in a mid-movement - active, vibrant, joyful.

The room itself is divided into several stations to accommodate children of all ages and interests. There is a music-listening area with headphones and a wide selective section of CDs. There is an art area complete with clay, paints, markers and other art supplies. And there is a reading area. The chairs, I noticed, are big and comfortable - large enough to accommodate two adult figures cuddled close. The reason for this, I learned, is that children of all ages like to read to. This is especially true when the child is undergoing a painful treatment. Reading gives them respite.

I learned this from Anthony. And I learned some other things as well.

When Anthony first walked in, I instinctively moved closer to Elli. He was big - over six feet tall, very , muscular and generally intimidating. His head was shaved and he wore several earrings in various places - both ears, his nose, his eyebrow. His black jacket, slung over the back of the chair, had some insignia on it, but the symbol did not mean much to me. His jeans were faded and torn. On one arm was a huge permanent tattoo from his knuckles to his shoulders. Anthony was imprinted with a giant, coiling snake. Its fangs and tongue ended just over his ring finger. After surveying the room, he chose one of the large reading chairs close to us. He made me very uncomfortable.

But my daughter had no such inhibitions. She started a conversation with Anthony, asking him all kinds of questions : " Why do you wear earrings ? Did it hurt to have your nose pierced ? Why do you have the snake on your arm ? "I moved to take her away, thinking that what Anthony did was his own business and that he probably did not like the intrusion of an inquisitive six-year-old.

But Anthony looked at Elli and calmly answered her : " I thought they looked good. Everybody I know did it. And yes, it did hurt to have everything pierced. I thought the snake looked good tough. "

Then, Elli asked Anthony the one question that I did not want to know the answer to : " Why are you here ? "

Anthony was not offended. He said, " The medicine they give me for my sickness hurts. Today, they are going to give me something for the pain. "

" Good, " said Elli. " I hope it works fast. " I did, too.

The I opened Charlotte's Web, one of her favorite books, and began reading to her. Elli's six-year-old imagination loved talking animals, ones who were sensitive and caring. Anthony closed his eyes. I thought he was trying to sleep, so I suggested to Elli that we read somewhere else.

But then I learned why Anthony had chosen to sit near us. He said, " No, please read here - to me. " I did.

The time went by, and we were so caught up in the book that I did not notice that my creative daughter had found an unusual outlet for her drawing. On the other side of her new friend, while his eyes had been closed, Elli had been drawing on his other arm with her markers. Now to my horror, I saw that this young man's left arm was completely covered with red, green and blue hearts and flowers !

" Elli ! " I said loudly. " I don't think Anthony is going to like that. You'll have to wash that off for him right away ! " I was more than a little afraid of what this big, tough stranger might say or do to my little girl.

But Anthony hadn't been sleeping. He opened his eyes. " Its okay. I don't mind. Please could you read more ? It ... helps me. "

And then I saw what my daughter saw - Anthony wasn't any different from any of the children in that room who were in pain, who had come for treatment, except for one thing. It wasn't his size or even his scary tattoo that made him different. No, what set him apart, I realized, was that he didn't have a mother there to read to him. And he needed one.

Elli was called in for her appointment. I stayed and read to another woman's child, one with at tattoo on one arm and a six-year-old's drawing on the other.

When it was time for us to go, Anthony smiled at us and said thank you. He seemed to feel better. I thought for a minute about what had just happened. I had approached Anthony with fear. He looked so tough, so different from me and anyone Elli and I had ever known. And maybe I also was afraid of him because I wasn't ready to let my daughter know that there are serious diseases in the world, diseases that cause pain, that may or may not be treatable. That was information I wanted to protect her from for as long as I could.

But Elli hadn't seen any of that. She had only seen another child in that hospital setting, one who, like her, enjoyed being read to. And one who liked drawings on his arm.

I guess what you see depends a lot on what it is you're looking for.

Elli smiled and said goodbye to her friend. And even though I knew perfectly well how to get to the elevator, I took my daughter's outstretched hand and let her lead the way.

Did you ever realize you are in a room, restroom, hotel, motel, etc. with a two-way glass ? or mirror ?

Do you know how to determine if a mirror is two-way or not ? A policewoman who travels all over the US and gives seminars and techniques for businesswomen passed this on.

When we visit toilets, bathrooms, hotel rooms, changing rooms, etc, how many of you know for sure that the seemingly ordinary mirror hanging on the wall is a real mirror, or actually a two-way mirror (i.e., they can see you, but you can't see them) ?

There have been many cases of people installing two-way mirrors in female changing rooms. It is very difficult to positively identify the surface by looking at it. So, how do we determine with any amount of certainty what type of mirror we are looking at ?

Just conduct this simple test : Place the tip of your fingernail against the reflective surface and if there is a GAP between your fingernail and the image of the nail, then it is GENUINE mirror. However, if your fingernail DIRECTLY TOUCHES the image of your nail, then BEWARE! IT IS A TWO-WAY MIRROR !

" No Space, Leave the Place " So remember, every time you see a mirror, do the " fingernail test. " It doesn't cost you anything.

No matter how much you dislike them, one thing for sure is that - They're always your family.

This is the fact that nobody can change.

You can tell other people that you don't know them.

Tell people that you got no relation with them at all.

But you can't change the fact that you have blood relation with them.

Yeah maybe you can, go ahead and change your blood.

Yes, conflicts do happen in families, problems do occur.

Think, who will be there to help you when you're in your biggest trouble ?

Your friends ? No. Your partner ? No. Your family ? Yes.

Think, if you owe some one $ 10 million, who will be there to lend you a hand ?

Think, if there is some one that MUST die for you, who will sacrifice their life ?

Your friends ? No. Your partner ? No. Your family ? YES.

A lot of people put their partner and friends before family first.

But let me tell you one thing, as you grow up, you'll realize nothing is much more valuable and precious than your family & nothing can replace them.

Appreciate them, do all you can do to love them because one day, you might lose the chance to even tell them you love them.

How are you lately my friend ?
Its been a while since we last met,
Remember those broken hearts we tried to mend ?
And also those tears that once made our pillows wet.

The days without you seem so different and gloomy,
I really miss the days where we could talk all day and get really lame,
But now I often stare out of the window, think of you and get really moody,
Because its not the same anymore without you passing days with me.

Maybe distance had drifted us apart,

I just don't get it why people like to stick to the popular & good looking people.
What ? You feel proud about that ? Sometimes its not just about appearance.
It's about the heart. So what if the best looking person is your best friend and bitches about you, backstabs you, gossip about you & stuffs like that ?
I just don't get it why so many people like someone which got the looks.
Just the looks & nothing else. Isn't it funny ?
What if someone has the talent but not the looks ? Definitely eliminated. Trust me.
Look in the heart & find what is real & what is fake.
Don't fall into the trap on the outer side.
Like I said, ugly people doesn't mean they have an ugly heart.

Never judge a book by its cover. Familiar much ?
I'm sure most of you people have heard of that countless times, right ?
It teaches us not to judge someone just by appearance.
Poor people doesn't mean they're uneducated.
Uneducated people doesn't mean they're bad.
Ugly people doesn't mean they have a ugly heart.
Be slow to judge, and always get to know them before you start judging them.
Sometimes, ugly people can have a nice heart.
Poor people can be educated and uneducated people can be good people too.
But if you don't want to be judged by people, make sure you leave good impressions.
For example ; wear clean & tidy clothes, have proper manners & etc.
Impressions that you leave, makes people somehow judge you.
That is why first impressions are important.
But never ever judge people. You never know who they are till you know them.
Always get to know some one before judging.
It doesn't make you cooler by judging some one. Never.
Remember,

Judging people doesn't define who they are, it defines who you are.

127 Hours is a 2010 biographical adventure film produced, co-written and directed by Danny Boyle. The film stars James Franco as mountain climber Aron Ralston, who became trapped by a boulder in Robbers Roost, Utah, for more than five days in early 2003 before amputating his arm with a dull knife.

Plot

127 Hours begins with Ralston (James Franco) preparing for a day of canyoneering in Canyonlands National Park in Utah and driving to the trailhead at night. The next morning, he bikes through the park, aiming to cut 45 minutes off the guide book's estimate for the time needed to reach his destination. He is on foot, running along a bare rock formation when he sees two hikers, Kristi (Kate Mara) and Megan (Amber Tamblyn), apparently lost. Ralston convinces the pair that he's a trail guide and offers to show them a much more interesting route than the one they had been trying to find. He leads them through narrow canyons, including a blind jump into an underground pool, where the three film themselves repeating the plunge using Ralston's video camera. As they part company, Kristi and Megan invite Ralston to a party they're holding the next night, though they doubt he will show.

Ralston continues into Blue John Canyon, through a narrow passage where boulders are suspended, wedged between the walls of rock. As he descends, one boulder is jarred loose, falling after Ralston to the bottom of the canyon and pinning his arm against the canyon wall, trapping him. He initially yells for help, but nobody is within earshot. As he resigns himself to the fact that he is on his own, he begins recording a video diary on his camera and using his pocket multi-tool to attempt to chip away at the boulder. He also begins rationing his water and food.

As he realizes his efforts to chip away at the boulder are futile, he begins to attempt to cut into his arm, but finds his knife too dull to break his skin. He then stabs his arm, but realizes he will not be able to cut through the bone. He finds himself out of water and is forced to drink his own urine. His video logs become more and more desperate as he becomes delusional, dreaming about relationships and past experiences (including a former lover (Clémence Poésy), family (Lizzy Caplan, Treat Williams, Kate Burton), and the two hikers he met before his accident). After reflecting upon his life, he comes to the realization that everything he has done has led him to this ordeal and that he was destined to die alone in the canyon.

Finally, after five days, he gathers the will to apply enough force to his forearm to break it and severs his arm with the dull knife, fashioning a crude tourniquet out of rope and using a carabiner to tighten it. He wraps the stump of his arm and takes a picture of the severed portion he is leaving behind. He then makes his way out of the canyon, where he is forced to rappel down a 65-foot rock face and hike several miles before finally running into a family on a day hike, exhausted and covered in blood. The family sends for help and Ralston is evacuated by helicopter.

The film ends with shots of the real Aron Ralston from his life after his ordeal—including several of Ralston's further adventures in climbing and mountaineering, which he continued following the accident—and of Ralston with his wife, whom he met years later, and their child.

This is Aron Ralston, the man who fought so hard to survive for his life & he even amputated his arm to set himself free from the huge boulder. Seriously, this man is just so great. Do watch 127 Hours to have a look at his incident which happened in 2003.

If its me who's in his situation at that very moment,
I swear I don't know what to do. I'll cry my heart out. This man is just so great !
And he's still surviving till today, and has his very own child.
I think this is a really great lesson to learn.
He had taught us that no matter what happened, don't give up.

To speak falsely or utter untruth knowingly, as with intent to deceive.

We often face lies, often tell lies and often being lied at.
Lies hurt a lot although it could somehow fix some situation.
Think about it, at times, a truth can hurt so bad, what more can a lie do ?
Lies happen in so many different ways. In statements or maybe in promises.
No matter in what perspective - Families, friendships or relationships.
Why promise when you know you're gon break it ?
Why say forever when you know it's not gon happen ?
Why intend to start a relationship it when you're gon end it ?
Why say bff when you betray / gossip ?
Just tell the truth. No matter how bad its gon hurt, just tell the truth.
It is always better than lying. Nobody wants to live in a world of lies.
Nobody wants to get lied over and over again.
It just hurt so bad. Just tell the truth.
Much worse, it kills.

I'm not upset that you lied to me, I'm upset that from now on I can't believe you.

Every human on Earth have their own attitude, own behaviour.
Some good, some bad, some just all right. No matter what, accept it.
When it comes to a point where you meet people that doesn't like you.
Or your attitude. Yes, these people are just people that passed by in your life.
No other special names for that. Passer bys. Not close to friends.
Beacuse people that cannot accept you for who you are, will eventually dislike you.
When they dislike you, yes, they will eventually get rid of you.
When they get rid of you, eventually you'll become strangers again.
Some people just don't realize how much it hurts to judge people.
Judging people doesn't define who they are, instead it defines who you are.
Please, mirror yourself before judging others.
Do understand that each and every one of us have our own flaws.
You can never change some one for the sake of yourself.
Many things are lost for the want of asking. Heard that before ?
It is just so foolish to talk bad about some people you dislike behind their backs.
Stop those behaviours. It is no good to you yourself and the other person.
Just imagine when somebody does the same to you. Will you like it ?
The answer is NO. Nobody likes people talking behind their backs.
Confront them and tell them what you don't like about them. Not gossip.
But sometimes when they don't change, there must be a reason for it.
Don't force them to change. It is their will to change or not.
Make sure you yourself isn't like what you're gon tell that person.
Make sure you yourself is better before telling somebody to change.
Also, do understand that everyone have their own principle.
That's what makes them unique.
Accept them for who they are ; or just get away from them. As simple as ABC.

Finally, I am back to blogger ! Sorry readers for the bad bad updates.
Having problem w my modem lately. Maxis Broadband is no good. Nuh-uh.
Anyway, Happy Belated Valentine's Day to all. :)

Well, I've something to share w you readers. Especially girls.
Afraid of gaining weight ? Skipping lunch / dinner often ?
Getting lots & lots of types of slimming products but ain't working ?
Lemme share this w you. You like smoothies ?
Just make one yourself for lunch / dinner. Could last for some time.
Facts you might not know bout smoothies :
- Smoothies are great for health, yummy and really convenient.
- They are 100% natural goodness by using your own fresh ingredients.
- Smoothies also protect your body against diseases bu having a daily smoothie.
I'm not lying but it tastes just awesome !
But of course, its different for every one. Some might not like it.
If you like bananas, you could try it. Or replace it w mango.

Banana smoothie recipe :

What you'll need : Blender / Daisy Cool Smoothie maker*
Ingredients : 2/3 bananas depending on the size of the banana, milk and ice.

Method :
Chop the banana into small pieces. 1cm would be an ideal size. Next, add in the milk. You could use any milk you like, but I'd recommend you low fat milk (eg. HL milk). Add in around 4 - 5 tablespoon of the milk into the blender. Add in a few cubes of ice. Blend it until smooth and serve.

Well, in case you don't know what is Daisy Cool Smoothie maker*, then here it is.
It is a smoothie maker, that comes w 2 free freezing bottles.
This maker is really very very convenient. I'm currently using this maker.
It is really easy to use, and does not cause a lot of mess.

School actually reopened & yeah, I'm skipping school for one whole week.

I hope I don't get piles & piles of homework. Boo-hoo !

How To Get Over Being Left Out.

You ever felt that you're lost in the midst of no where ?
You ever felt that you've been pushed away by your friends ?
You ever felt abandoned and no body in the world knows how you feel ?
Your friends haven't call you in a while, and you're staying home alone.
Everyone gets left out sometimes. Whether by best friends, new friends, old friends.
Well, come to think of it. Is it your problem, or theirs ?
Here's some ways on how to deal with it.

1 :
Confront them and be frank to them. Ask them what's wrong.
Try talking to them. Where's the problem and maybe try to fix it ?
Get multiple opinions. Have the people write down what they think, then compare lists.
It's always a good idea to ask. Who knows?
You might find someone who won't make you feel left out.
Friends forgives and not forgets. Remember that.

2 :
Keep in touch. Send them a simple text or ring them up.
A simple text shows that you remember them. Its more than enough.
You don't have to hang on the call for hours, people get annoyed too.
Ask them how are they or maybe what's going on lately.
For example " I thought I'd text you because it's been a while ".
If they reply with a nice and friendly response, most likely they are feeling the same way.
If they reply with a short or distant message, try making conversation with them.
If they still don't respond as they would normally, don't push it.

3 :
Organize a day out with your friends.
Be cheerful when you're out with them.
You wouldn't want your friends to be gloomy on a day out, do you ?

4 :
If these people don't want to hang out, find other people to be friends with.
The only way to make friends is by getting out and talking to people.
Remember, you don't want to be with the same people all the time.
Meet new people and don't always be "in their face."

5 :
If there's nothing else you can do, get yourself occupied with something else.
Go for the relaxation method like, take a long warm bubble bath or watch TV.
There's so much to do on your own. Decorate your room or something.

6 :
Do what makes you happy.
Go get your nails and hair done. Treat yourself as the king / queen.
Go shopping ! Do something that will make you feel better about yourself.

7 :
It could be that you and your friends need to be away for a while, but you will soon have the friendship you did before.

8 :
Spend time with family! Talk on the phone to long-distance members.
Family are still the ones that'll be there for you no matter what happens.

A real friend is one who walks in when the rest of the world walks out.

Look around you. Look at things around you, people around you ?
Are they much of the same ? Anything changed within these days, months or years ?
Or maybe everything remained constant ? No changes at all.
Anything could happen. From friends to strangers. Good to bad.
Happy to sad. Ups to downs. And also the other way round.
I guess that's why life continues, isn't it ?
Maybe there's a lot of things you've lost, but I'm sure you've gained a lot too.
As for me, I've lost a few friendships, and gained a lot of new ones.
I've forgotten the stuffs I used to know, and I gained a whole lot of experiences.
What if things are to remain constant forever ?
I think its no meaning for us to live anymore, is there ?
There is no way to avoid changes in life. Its a natural phenomenon.

How To Find Yourself

Here are some tips for you readers on how to find yourself. I'm sorry that the posts hadn't been so interesting much lately cuz I'm having trouble with my time management. I'd like to apologize here. & if there's any topics that you readers might want to read about, do leave me a comment or drop me a message @ my chatbox. Have a nice day peeps. :)

Finding yourself is an enlightening experience. You become self-sufficient and do things for others without expectations of something in return. You are no longer needy and become utterly grateful for all the things people have done for you in the past. Finding yourself is a time of harmony because you develop that philosophy or belief system that will carry you throughout the rest of your life. When you love yourself and who you are, you will savor and enjoy both life's pain and pleasures. How do you know you have found yourself ? When you are able to help others find themselves. Finding yourself is not easy. If you have never felt connected to who you are, and you want to find whatever makes you you, being yourself will be hard. The first step is always the hardest, but after that hill, you will be smooth sailing to discovering who you are.

Create your life timeline. Write down all of your major goals in your life that you feel will affect you and will make you who you are. Also, remember all your mistakes and take away the postive learning experience . Don't dwell on negative experiences but realize that if it had not been for those past experiences you would not be where or who you are today.

1 :
Start with a clean slate. Develop your own moral conduct and practice sticking to it. Remove vice from your life. Smoking, over-eating, and over-drinking will prevent you from functioning at your peak. This may take some major rehabilitation for some individuals. Remember, you can't drive your life forward if you are always gazing through your rear-view mirror !

2 :
Now that you have a clean slate and you realize some people still think you stink: Forget about what everyone else thinks! You cannot please everyone. While you might not want to disappoint the people close to you, they should want you to be happy. As long as you continue to exist to fulfill other people's ideas of who you should be, you'll never know your true talents. " He who trims himself to suit everyone will soon whittle himself away. " - Raymond Hull

3 :
' Find solitude '. Get away from the expectations, the conversations, the noise, the media, and the pressure. Take some time each day to go for a long walk and think. Plant yourself on a park bench and look. Take a long, thoughtful road trip. Whatever you do, move away from anything that distracts you from contemplating your life and where you want it to go. In solitude, you should feel independent and self-sufficient, not lonely, needy or afraid.

4 :
Ask yourself every question in the book, questions that are difficult, that dare to look at the big pictures, such as:

- If I had all the resources in the world - if I didn't need to make money - what would I be doing with my day to day life and why ? Perhaps you'd be painting, or writing, or farming, or exploring the Amazon rain forest. Don't hold back.

- What do I want to look back on in my life and say that I never regretted ? Would you regret never having traveled abroad ? Would you regret never having asked that person out, even if it meant risking rejection ? Would you regret not spending enough time with your family when you could ? This question can be particularly difficult for some people.

- If you had to choose three words to describe the kind of person you'd love to be, what would those words be ? Adventurous ? Loving ? Open ? Honest ? Hilarious ? Optimistic ? Realistic ? Motivated ? Resilient ? Don't be afraid to pick up a thesaurus. Don't be afraid to choose words that are considered negative. Sometimes your traits that others don't like become useful only in emergency situations or are valuable to the job you are meant to perform. If you do have a truly negative trait work on redirecting that energy to something positive. Exercising compensates for many bad habits and there are hobbies for almost every vice. Pole dancing is becoming a hobby ! Don't wash your clothes much ? Try camping. Maybe you'll like it ?

5 :
Write down your answers. Beyond your time alone, it's easy for these thoughts to slip to the back of your mind and be forgotten. If you have them written down, then every time you reflect, you can review your notes and take it a step further, instead of answering the same questions all over again.

6 :
Act upon your newly discovered knowledge. Do the things that you want to do! Pick up those water-colors. Write a short story. Plan a trip to Mombasa, Mt Kenya, a walk at Nairobi Safari Walk. Have dinner with a family member. Start cracking jokes. Open up. Tell the truth. Whatever it is that you've decided you want to be or do, start being and doing it now.

7 :
Be ready for dead ends. Finding yourself is a journey, not a destination. A lot of it is trial and error. That's the price you pay in return for the satisfaction you receive: More often than not, you hit a bump in the road, and sometimes you fall flat on your face. Be prepared to understand and accept that this is a part of the process, and commit to getting right back up and starting over. It's not going to be easy - it never has been for anybody - but if you learn to see that as a chance to prove how much you want to find yourself, then you'll find fulfillment and security in your pursuit. When you are yourself, everyone will respect you more and treat you kindly. Best of all, you will always feel good about yourself.

One more reminder : NEVER EVER COPY OTHERS.

Don't lie to yourself and try to be someone you are not. Remember this is about being yourself. As it is important to not let family members decide, it is also important not to let society and the media push you in a certain direction, especially when it comes to your physical appearance.

No matter how many people we meet, old friends are still those who know you better.

Most of you people might disagree with me but its just a fact that I'm sharing.
This is the 21st century. Every one, well, almost every one own a cellphone, right ?
iPhones, Blackberrys, SEs, Nokias, LGs, Sonys and etc.
You can get any type of the latest and best cellphones ever but one thing.
What is it for when you don't pick up your call ?
Do you know the feeling of the caller when you don't answer the call ?
Especially after they dailed for tens or hundreds of time ?
What more if its something urgent ? Oh please, if you can't answer, send a text !
Its just so rude to not inform a single thing.
What if that particular person is in danger and called that particular you ?
Oh I think that particular person had already died, cause of you.
Just because you did not answer that PARTICULAR CALL !
Please, just turn your cellphone on & don't switch it to silent when you don't have to.
You think a call is a small thing ? You looked down on it.
It might be bigger than you think. Bigger than ever.

Many people didn't know how to appreciate. Maybe some never even did.
Its no use regretting after that person has walked out of your life. Do not.
Because no matter how hard or how much you regret, its no use. Really.
People like that are just foolish. In other words, stupid.
I am 1 out of those billions of stupid people. I never did appreciate.
I don't think I am appreciating right now because I don't know how to.
I've shooed away all my friends from my life. Even my loved ones
All because I didn't appreciate. All because I'm too selfish.
I didn't hold them back into my life. Didn't appreciate them.
Its way too late to hold them back and ask them not to go already.
Don't ever follow my footsteps. Just try everyday, when you wake up ;
